[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we bought this 3 weeks ago and it is a good fridge with a couple of notes. 1. water pump on the fridge dispenser was noisy at first (8 days worth of noise) but it is ok now. I believe it had some air in the line. 2. Regarding the Ice Maker, this one is noisy and hasn't quieted down yet. Will have to call for service if it doesn't fix itself. Other than these issues it seems to be working good. Lots of room for this size fridge, keeps things very cold and makes plenty of Ice. One improvement would be the Water dispenser in fridge is designed poorly, you have to use two hands to get water, should be able to press a glass against it to get water.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the look of this French door refrigerator and have found it to be roomy and flexible. I don't like the way the veggie/fruit drawers open and close. The drawers don't slide smoothly. They feel a bit cheap. Other than that, it seems like a good choice for a 33-inch wide fridge.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am still becoming familiar with my new refrigerator, I like that one door to the refrigerator compartment is wider than the other. That’s handy! I am still organizing placement of bottles and jars. The refrigerator has excellent capacity. I was a little disappointed that the divider in the freezer drawer is fixed. In my previous refrigerator-freezer, you could adjust that divider a few inches making space on one side for those pizza boxes, I have had this refrigerator less than one month so I cannot comment on repair record. As a new owner, I am very pleased.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good model refrigerator that can accommodate 33 inch wide enclosures. Plenty of space in this fridge and the shelves are sturdy. Holds temperature and the ice maker is good. It is not stated anywhere, but the water dispenser has issues with aeration style whole home water filtration systems. That should be stated in the documentation because I would have chosen a different model due to the slow drip from the internal dispenser. Whirlpool support sent out authorized appliance repair team that replaced water intake valve and added a check valve, but ultimately gave up. Whirlpool support had no answer except 'is there anything else we can help you with', I would have liked additional warranty because I will probably have problems with the freezer door gasket from the dripping water.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is so satisfying. Having the vegetable drawers right in the middle makes them so much more accessible for me, and the fridge with shallow drawer is a great place for prepped ingredients or meats to hang out. It's very quiet! The ice maker works beautifully. The fridge doors have a strong seal which gives me confidence. I'm glad I went with the black as it feels so much easier to clean than the steel fridge I had before that always looked grimy.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Everything seems to be working just fine. Nice and easy to clean. One drawback is where you get the cold water inside it can be a bit finicky.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement for another brand that had a "shelf" life of 5 years.... I am so happy that my 5 year warranty means my Whirlpool won't break down for at least 5 years as my former brand did. I have had this new 'fridge for a month now and I am loving it. I am only 5" so the shelfs are easy to reach for me. I also like the layout of the shelves. One little issue keeps me from a 5 star rating...The left, larger door will not close all the way unless you push it closed. It will close easily if the two doors are open and I close the heavier one, on the left, first, then the other one afterwards. I've learned to be gentle about the opening and closing of the doors and that is good too.
