Good product for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good price. I had the same model but older. Lasted 14 years with minimum repair.
The vegetable drawers are a little wonky. Seems like they don't fit in the tracks well. Not a fan about the slide-out bottom drawer. The water filter is in an accessible space to replace it but it does take up valuable space. Overall pretty happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1week old and icemaker freezes up on max and on regular setting makes 4to 6 cubes. Interior water had never worked. If I place food and water in the limited space in this design, the socompressor starts making a loud noise as if the compressor is going to fail. I would have given a 0 rating but you do not offer that choice.

A GOOD BASIC REFRIGERATOR

I like the style of this refrigerator. I love its functionality compared to my old side-by-side refrigerator. I can now get a large pizza box to fit flat. I also like the large door bins, but wish there was a sliding type separator/holder to hold items when the bin is not full.

I like the style of this refrigerator. I love its functionality compared to my old side-by-side refrigerator. I can now get a large pizza box to fit flat. I also like the large door bins, but wish there was a sliding type separator/holder to hold items when the bin is not full.
I dislike the water dispenser being located inside the refrigerator because it lets a lot of cold air out when filling any item, especially gallon jugs. It also doesn't accommodate them very well. They must be leaned to fit to refill.
Otherwise, its good functioning "basic" product. I just wish it was a little better built.

Problem with Freezer after having Refrigerator on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] French door refrigerator delivered July 22. Freezer has condensation/frost. I will need to have a repairman come to look at it already. Freezer light switch sticks so light won't go on unless I manually push on it to make it work. Again, I will need the repairman to look at it. I had a Whirlpool that I loved about 20 years ago. Quality is not what it used to be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very noisy. With previous refrigerators never heard them running, always quiet. However, this one constantly hear fan and condenser and I'm not connected to ice maker!! Is this normal?!!

Nice Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about a month ago to replace a Kenmore Elite that stopped working. It fits the space perfectly and looks nice. It is quite a bit noisier than the Kenmore, but I think we will get used to it. It also has rubber feet that are needed to level. Those feet make it impossible to move and clean behind. Overall, though, we like it so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features

We want the side side of the freezer below for quite some time and this seems to have a lot of capacity and still fits in our our small kitchen area. We had a hard time finding something. It was under 69 inches to fit in the area that we have we only thing that we don’t particularly care for is the left door is difficult to close. It’s open just by itself because it has the divider that folds over under the other door but other than that, it’s been a really good refrigerator so far.

Cheap Drawers/Poorly Designed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t have many options to choose from with these dimensions to fit in my space that was white with an ice maker. So I had to settle with this unit. I hate the wire top basket in the freezer. The ice bin is too small & I hate that in front of the ice bin there’s a storage space not big enough for much of anything. But anything you do put in that space you have to reach over it to get to the ice bin. The crisper & meat/cheese drawers drag & made of extremely cheap plastic. I’m not sure of the center divider in the meat/cheese tray. It doesn’t lock down & shifts side to side.
