Thoughtless features (water dispenser) trash doors

Whoever designed this refrigerator is a bonafide IDIOT! I hate this fridge and I regret buying it everyday.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Refrigerator replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new Whirlpool refrigerator/frezer is doing a wonderful job and we enjoy using all its featuares. It does a good job of cooling and like te humidity feature for the drawers. The lighting is good and enjoy the roll out shelf at the bottom of the crisper drawers. I o wish it had a few more shelves in the doors.
I would recommend this to a friend!

not happy with purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] has never worked right two days for service call needed door seal replaced kept icing up light not working repairman very nice ordered parts replaced parts week later refrigerator seems very loud compared to previous lg fridge kitchen is connected to family room and you always hear it running very disappointed in this purchase

Possible causes for frost/moisture, temperature fluctuation, or door issues:
Improper door installation: If doors were removed and not reinstalled correctly, it can lead to doors not closing or sealing properly, frost/moisture, temperature fluctuation, door misalignment, or incorrect door switch actuation. Refer to the Owner's Manual or Installation Instructions for correction.
Doors left open or opened frequently: Leaving the door open for long periods allows humidity into the freezer, causing frost build-up. Frequent opening can also introduce humid air. Minimize door openings and ensure the door closes completely without obstruction.
Improper door seal: An improper seal on the gaskets of the refrigerator or freezer doors can cause humidity to form. Check the seal for obstructions.
Blocked air vents: Blocked vents can cause moisture build-up or excessive frost. Ensure there is proper airflow between the freezer and refrigerator compartments. Cold air moves between compartments through vents, which are located in different places depending on the model.

Looks can be deceiving

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for two weeks, hardly enough time to give it a proper review So far it seems to cool well, Vegetables and fruits are separated and keep fresh in the drawers designated for that specific use. The meat and cheese drawer is functional although very different from what I am used to. (not a big deal). I love the two doors on top with the freezer unit on the bottom; it is elegant looking and access to storage if relatively easy. Lighting is adequate. The exterior is easy to keep clean and, so far, looks very nice.
However, the negative is that quality of workmanship is not as I would expect from Whirlpool, especially for the price. The drawers are flimsy; they do not slide open or close easily and I can see them cracking within a year if not treated with extra special care; the shelves do not slide out as my last model did and are not strong. The storage shelves/containers in the doors are also fragile.
We will see how I rate this same refrigerator a year from now.
