Doors wont close

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doors won't close without pushing shut. Last fridge had to close left door first, but right door always closed when given a light shove while open. This is frustrating. Must be why they put a door open alarm on it. Fridge doors should close easily!

A big disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 22 cu ft French Door Whirlpool refrigerator because it is the same one I had so I knew it would fit in the space. I am not happy with this purchase because several things have been changed inside the refrigerator that make it less useful than the old one. With the new one, the shelves are cheapened and do not telescope. The butter compartment is now a simple, open shelf. The ice maker overfills and there is no adjustment, just an on-off switch.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pleased w purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator replaced a Kenmore frig that was 12 years old. It is very similar in features and works as expected.
The only disappointment is the vegetable and fruit drawers do not pull or push smoothly in the refrigerator. I hope they will not break over time

A few things to work on

- it is noisy periodically
- the crispers do not slide easily and feel cheap
- the handles have two dark visible screws on each handle that I see walking up to the fridge from the side
It keeps thing cool and frozen and the LED lights are helpful

Nice fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My frig was delivered about a month ago. So far, I love it. The pros: there is lots of shelf space, the drawers are nice and deep, the shelfs are adjustable, the light is bright and there are no dark areas. The ice maker is awesome. I like having a pull out ice drawer as opposed to having water and ice outside on the door. The water dispenser on the side took a bit of getting used to. The freezer drawer is big. The water filter is easy to change. The cons: The drawers were sticky to pull out. A little coconut oil helped with that. There doesn't seem to be a drawer stop so they kind of fall out if you pull too hard. I ordered the white one and I'm very pleased.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don't walk - run away from this refrigerator

Not only was it poorly designed with shelves that don't reach the sides or back of the refrigerator, but insulation is coming out of the doors, doors were not level, it was impossible to adjust the "adjustable" divider in the freezer (the manual does not address it and the store had no idea), drawers are flimsy, and now - less than two months after I got it, the freezer went up to 19 degrees overnight.
