Defective refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a new refrigerator french door had trouble with it ever since I got it in may.The guy who sowed it to me couldn't fix it.He says he's an authorized to repair it.Well, he couldn't fix it.He caught in another man.This man has to order seven new parts for a refrigerator that's supposed to have been new.I'm so upset over this whirlpool.I've always had your product.My father in law worked for you for thirty three years and I just asked for a new one. He says, no I had to call you myself. I think he should have took care of him. The guy who sold it to me. That's not right, then I turned it around. And bought another product from him. A front loader washer paid 800 for it. I'll never buy another world product from him again. Please help me. I can't add pictures. My phone won't let me, but the guy who is put in this 7 new parts in a new refrigerator works for Whirlpool. He'll be out in December. He said to pit this 7 new parts on that makes me so upset on a brand new Refrigerator supposedly and the man knew it was bad.When I got it from him in may

Never owned a Whirlpool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The water dispenser needs to be in a better place, why inside behind the door baffles me. You open the door just to get water, letting the cool air out. This can't be energy efficient. The top freezer drawer is not on drawer slides, just sits in a grove and moves hard when full. There is the issue with the pex water hose inside behind the vegetable drawer as well, why don't you send a plug for the connector so that this can be eliminated from the interior when not used, The refrigerator is spacious and lighting is great. We'll see how it lasts and if any issues show up. The last refrigerator last 16+ years without any problem, but wasn't a Whirlpool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my new refrigerator. This model is perfect for us. We especially like the freezer drawer. Now, the regular cold items are positioned higher, where we can see everything. I wish I had purchased this a long time ago!

Loud fridge and not loud alarms
