[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bout the refrigerator 2 months ago, and it was delivered 1 month ago. Soon after, it started make a noise similar to that of a helicopter when it kicked on. I spent one of my days off awaiting the visit of a repairman, thinking it would be fixed. Instead, my wasted day turned into a 5 minute visit from the repairman who promised a return (another wasted day) after the part was ordered and delivered to complete the fix. It is incredibly disappointing and frustrating to spend that much money on something new and have this much trouble. I would expect this trouble out of a cheaper brand or older model, but had a higher expectation from Whirlpool. I guess I was wrong!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worth the Wait!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Whirlpool French door Refrigerator looks great, has lots or interior space, is easy to use, and so far (I’ve only had it one month), works very well. I had to wait a long time as I wanted black, no water/ice in door, and needed a particular size, but the wait was worth it. I replaced a Samsung which was problematic from the start. Hopefully, this one will serve me better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Some good features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a previous single door Whirlpool refrigerator same size with bottom freezer (no longer available). This one is not as good. Drawers in vegetable compartments not as deep and ice keeps forming on top of freezer drawer. Factory setting of 38 F in fridge is too cold have reset to 4 C.

Wish it Was Better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator last month. It was was expensive, but Whirlpool gets decent product reviews.
The vegetable crisper drawers do not slide smoothly; they get easily stuck when opening and closing. (no they are not overloaded.) All the interior parts are appear to be cheap plastic. Paint job around connections like hinges does not look great.
After installation, the right side appeared to be lower than the left. A representative from the store was sent out. Right side is slightly lower. He tried to ratchet it to being level. His assessment is that my kitchen floor is not level, but according to a level tool, that is not true.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did buy a refrigerator on July 22 of this year but not the model listed in this email, WRFF5333PW. The model that I bought is WRX735SDHZ11, which has a third drawer between the refrigerator and freezer compartments. The serial number of the refrigerator that was delivered is KD2008652.Please correct your records and my warranty information and notify me that the correction was made. So far I am very happy with my purchase.
