[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worst major appliance I have ever purchased. Not only was it poorly designed with shelves that don't reach the sides or back of the refrigerator, but insulation is coming out of the doors, doors were not level, it was impossible to adjust the "adjustable" divider in the freezer (the manual does not address it and the store had no idea), drawers are flimsy, and now - less than two months after I got it, the freezer went up to 19 degrees overnight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not a fan of the bottom drawer in the refrigerator section. The produce drawers are a bit clunky and don't seem to close properly. Although the shelves are adjustable, the water filter takes up valuable space, making it difficult to store taller items on that side.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my new refrigerator. I have only one complaint. When it starts up sometimes it makes a big noise like the compressor is starting up. I am not sure if this is normal or not. I would like to know if this is normal or something is wrong.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this Whirlpool Refrigerator for about 3 weeks now, and we are very happy with it. It fits very nicely into the space we have, and it looks great! No more water drips down the front of the refrigerator with the water dispenser inside.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased overall with the refrigerator. I replaced one that seemed to hold more in the pullout freezer. I have never had an ice maker before, so although it's nice to have the ice, it takes up more space on the freezer shelf than my iced bucket and trays used to. I have to get used to my new freezer organization. There are a couple other features I miss in the refrigerator, like the butter compartment. I now put the butter in the cheese drawer, which I like, but have to get used to the way it opens, which is a bit different from my last one. I thought having the French doors on top would eliminate opening the whole frig but the drawers don't open without both doors open, so I'm not sure if having the French doors is more convenient, but it's not worse than having one door. Once I get used to it, I'm sure I will appreciate the water spigot and ice and the way I use the overall refrigerator doors, shelves, etc.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE my new French door whirlpool refrigerator!! Having the freezer at bottom saves my back as refrigerator foods easily reached. If I accidentally do not close door it beeps to remind me. Very quiet - fast ice ! I HIGHLY recommend. I’m 82 years and really enjoy having this convenience.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I’ve only had this fridge for a month but so far it’s been exactly what I expected. I like that the shelves are glass as opposed to plastic like some others I looked at. It’s quieter than my old fridge, and a perfect size for my space.
