Concerned on integrity. Feels cheap.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and it appears to be failing. The temperatures fluctuate wildly and the freezer is climbing close to 20 degrees. I need service and it's only a month old. Also, the shelves don't slide smooth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator itself works fine. However, the required water filter that is only compatible with this does not work properly. I’ve had to change the filter twice since purchasing (less than 6 months ago) and fear I will need to replace it again within the month. These filters are not cheap and are a Whirlpool product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
