Defective refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a new refrigerator french door had trouble with it ever since I got it in may.The guy who sowed it to me couldn't fix it.He says he's an authorized to repair it.Well, he couldn't fix it.He caught in another man.This man has to order seven new parts for a refrigerator that's supposed to have been new.I'm so upset over this whirlpool.I've always had your product.My father in law worked for you for thirty three years and I just asked for a new one. He says, no I had to call you myself. I think he should have took care of him. The guy who sold it to me. That's not right, then I turned it around. And bought another product from him. A front loader washer paid 800 for it. I'll never buy another world product from him again. Please help me. I can't add pictures. My phone won't let me, but the guy who is put in this 7 new parts in a new refrigerator works for Whirlpool. He'll be out in December. He said to pit this 7 new parts on that makes me so upset on a brand new Refrigerator supposedly and the man knew it was bad.When I got it from him in may

It is convenient. It is easy for me at my advanced age to see and access whatever I need. not to mention that it’s beautiful

Nice refrigerator - very good value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm quite pleased with the refrigerator so far. It is very quiet and has more accessible space than my previous side-sy-side fridge. The only surprise that I had was that the left door will not close completely unless I push on it or if the right door is partially open. This is the way it is designed.

Does not maintain correct temp

After only 18 months, service is needed. I have a fridge thermometer, and it goes from -2 to +5. Results in frozen lettuce and ice in beer. Not satisfied with this fridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features

I had a Kenmore bottom freezer refrigerator for 20 years, so this french door was totally different. I am happy that I decided to buy it. Looks great, has a lot of nice features and easy to stock and organize. I like the bottom freezer on this one better then the bottom freezer on my 20 year old refrigerator. Very pleased with it.
