Simplicity with Qualiity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking for a refrigerator for 2 people or a small family, that was built with quality materials and workmanship that was not a 'smart' refrigerator. This refrigerator meets our requirements. We are extremely happy that we made this purchase. We did a lot of comparison shopping and, hands down, Whirlpool stood out above the rest.

New Whirlpool refrigerator

A good producet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced a very similar product from another manufacturer. I love the pull-out drawer with the lifting top. It has great depth and very useful for cheeses, meats, etc.
I also like the filtered water feature inside the left hand side. I didn't want a door ice/water dispenser because it takes so much interior space. This is a good alternative for me.
It does seem noisier than my previous fridge during its normal running. I guess I'll get used to it.

Solid refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace a 16 year old whirlpool refrigerator that was starting to have frost issues in the freezer. Enjoyed it for years. The new refrigerator is really nice and adjusts to the spacing we needed. The only design issue with the new one is the location of the water filter (inside the refrigerator compartment). While convenient for replacement, it takes up space in the top shelf of the refrigerator. Overall, its' a great refrigerator. 4.5 stars

Poor design, especially shelves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very unhappy with shelf design. The shelves float about an inch or two from the back of the fridge, but there is no "stop" edge to keep your food/containers from going past the edge of the shelf and hitting/resting on the inside wall of the fridge. Food and containers can end up right up against the inside back wall of the fridge. No sliding shelves, so you constantly have to reach in and jockey food around every time you want to get something that is not right in front. Also the water dispenser button is on the left side despite the fact that most people are right handed. I'd rather have no water dispenser at all rather than one that is so hard to push, is on the left side and requires you to open the door to get cold water. Lastly very poor use of space. Can't wait until it wears out and I can' replace it with a single door bottom freezer like I had.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overpriced meh!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a lot of options in 33" width. Interior design and storage space is not great for the form factor of the unit. Shelves are suuuper basic; no slides. Everything feels cheaper and lighter than a model from 10 years ago. I hate how much space the water filter takes up, for the non-optional, non-removable internal water dispenser. Factory spray foam overfill at some joints, leaving small patches of trimmed foam behind.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It produces lots of ice!! Filtered water inside!!! Tons of room for all our food stuff.!!! I give it a top rating for design and function!!!
