I have nothing bad to say about Night Owl products. And their customer service. I understand this go wrong and that is what happened. My system I just purchased wasn't excepting my password word or working correctly. I talked to customer service and they will replace it. I am just waiting on the info to print to send back.

I unpacked the box and hooked everything up. Within a few minutes, I had my system up and running. Great picture quality. I'll be installing the system as soon as I get some waterproof junction boxes.

We had to upgraded to a newer system and I am thankful we did. Don't get me wrong our old system was only 3 years old. The head unit went out and when I called them they said its outdated and we can't order another one. So we had to buy all new and I'm so glad we did. The picture is so much better and so is the night vision.
