Deadbolt with Bluetooth only

The deadbolt only has bluetooth which doesn't serve my needs. The installation was pretty straightforward and easy. The app is not Lorex its another lock app which is disappointing. The app linking was pretty straightforward and setting up access, as well.
I wish it could connect to wifi and be viewable in my home network. Honestly, I believe this device should communicate on the same platform as the NVR and camera's, so it can all be managed on multiple fronts. This is probably in the works as a future upgrade for the next Gen locks. They seem good just as an afterthought on the overall security and one system integration.
The reason the stars are 2 out of 5 is because the bluetooth and Geo Grid functions did not work well. The Geo grid didn't lock and unlock the doors properly and the bluetooth albeit being paired and seeing my phone never allowed for ease of entry utilizing the phone. I always had to take extra steps and this eliminated any benefits from potential ease of access situation. I had to use the pin code or key which i consider my backups as my primary, so this deadbolt didn't make any improvements in my security or quality of life. Therefore, I returned it. If the Geo-Grid and bluetooth operations worked well I would give it a 5 out of 5; since it did what it was supposed to well.

Doesn’t use Lorex app

Bought this specifically to have all of my devices on the same app. After install, which is my fault, we realized it’s a separate app, and not “smart” as in WiFi connected. Will be returning for something more connected.

Doesn't work with all doors

I have a front door that swings out inwards right to left when walking in. I was unable to finish installing it. Based on how this lock turns this lock can't be used on doors that swing this way. It's not a software issue, the inside half mechanically can't turn that far to the left at all. It only has the degrees of freedom to work on a left to right swinging door.
