Installation video was a little confusing. Paper instructions were better. Felt like there was a bind until I downloaded the iKey app. Definitely would recommend to others

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY & TIME

No need for me to write a book, however, This is a lousy example of a copied product. Lorex should know better than to push such a poor product on the market with their name on it.
Background. I have Lorex cameras, security, and products in my house & business for 5 yrs now. Such a good product that when this deadbolt came to the market, I was eager to have it installed and synced to the existing Lorex platform. However, this is a stand alone 3rd party, poor quality assurance made product with a lousy app.
1- This is not a Lorex branded product. Its not the same quality and performance.
2- The app is trash. Looked through the other "bad" reviews here and on your app store and you'll see why

Does not work on Lorex Camera App

Did not fit our thick solid wood door. Also does not work with our existing Lorex camera app. Product was returned.

The Bluetooth connection is finicky. You have to be close distance to control it or add new codes because it doesn’t have WiFi. The keypad needs to be better

Works great, I bought Lorex as I was hoping that it would link to the Lorex app that I use for my external security camera's. Unfortunately it does not.

lock is good, app and features need improvement

This is a great unit, however it lacks some features.
Cons
1- The lock should be able to be controlled via wifi, from anywhere.
2- The app seems to be "laggy" at times. Often, the iKey app is unable to show the status of the lock when out of Bluetooth range.
3- It would be great to see the lock unit work through, and give notification through the Lorex home app
Pros
1- The ability to give a one time passcode is a great feature that does offset this "issue" when used in conjunction with a Lorex video doorbell. This is a great feature if you need to give one time entry access into a building or business for delivery drivers/ect.

Bluetooth only

Wish they could connect to Alexa to automatically lock at night. Only connects to Bluetooth so not able to control offsite.
