High priced dishwasher that lacks instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] like the dishwasher, but KitchenAid now skimps on the instructions. The dishwasher comes with a lot of features that are not mentioned or explained in the manual. Such a shame for the work in developing those features and the price charged.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Another wonderful Kitchen Aid purchase. Last dishwasher I had lasted over 20 years. I am enjoying the use of a 3 rack on this model and how quiet it is. Dishes never looked batter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ive had my new dishwasher since december 2024 and i love the features it has. it also cleans the dishes very well. The only issue i had was a wheel assembly popped off of the second rack in January and i had to call in service. I didn't know how to get it back in there and of course the assembly got lost due to sitting on the counter for so long with family and kids moving things.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was very difficult. The drain pipe could have been a few inches longer. We replaced a similar Kitchen aid dishwasher and the electric connection was different. Installation instructions were not very clear. We do like the new dishwasher .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super quiet. Like the light in the cabinet. Only complaint would be design of rack. Like old Kitchen Aid rack design better. No specific place for plastic lids. Pulls take room from front of rack

Not the best, but not the worst dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a step back from the previous design. Addition of the third shelf resulted in loss of function. Now I cannot use the dishwasher for about 15% of items, which are too large. There is no good holding of mugs and glasses - they go on their sides and roll because of lack of positioning frames. I do not have the galsses they use in photoshops; mine just do not fit that way. And in the photoshops they use racks with older style vertical pins (which are practical). The new spacing in the lower rack limits the sizes of dishes and their number that can be inserted. What is completely ridiculous is the number of positions for utencils - about 10 times more than dishes (they eat space both in the 1st and 3rd racks). And the manual is completely useless. If they were too lazy to write down the meaning of the buttons and the proper way to use them, at least insert the links to videos made by other frustrated users (this is how I learned that the 3rd rack has its own jets). Unfortunately, I have no choice because this is only one 21 inch-deep model left on the market. If my previous dishwasher (did not fall apart (also Kitchen Aid, required 3 repairs), I would not bother. However, if I forget that I need now use it twice more often and need to wash many items now by hand, the washing it does is excellent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quiet Luxury for Your Kitchen
on August 10, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new KitchenAid dishwasher is a total game changer! At only 39 dBA, it’s whisper-quiet. I can run it anytime without even noticing. The FreeFlex Third Level Rack gives me so much extra space for utensils, mugs, and odd-shaped items, and the adjustable middle rack makes fitting tall pots super easy. Plus, the sleek PrintShield finish keeps fingerprints away so it always looks showroom-ready. Every load comes out spotless and dry thanks to the automatic door-open drying system. Functional, beautiful, and totally worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation is very easy, just follow the instructions. Easy to use and isnt loud like others can be. Cleans really good and leaves dishes smelling good.
