[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had technicians out here three times already. The motor that opens the dishwasher was stuck for days. Dishwasher flooded area under our kitchen sink. So much water left in the dishwasher even after letting them air dry for two days. Plastic items remain wet. When we shared the correct serial and model numbers no one believed us. Whirlpool even hung up on me even though I was kind to them.

Instruction Manual is useless. No plug for power cord. Noiser than 16 year Miele we replaced. Instead of 2 leveling feet in rear there is one in middle and you have to find nut to adjust because nothing in manual. It wobbles as you you install. Very vague instructions on how to even start. Water softener salt not included and no reply from Kitchenaid on what to use, Customer Service lacking badly.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Very happy with the dishwasher results; the only problem is a very loud gurgling sound coming from my drain whenever the dishwasher starts and empties. This noise never occurred with the previous dishwasher ( started the day the new dishwasher was installed)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous dishwasher was installed over12 years ago. It too was a KitchenAid. We decide to go with KitchenAid again due to its reliability and excellent cleaning capabilities.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This dishwasher is small in its overall dimensions, which fits my smaller than usual space, but its holding capacity is impressive. It’s very quiet during the wash. However the plastic shelving materials smell toxic and nauseating for about a month even with once to twice daily washing!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
