Miss the storage space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks smaller once you open the dishwasher and cant put as many dishes in. Our old dishwasher had more storage, cant tell when the rinse agent is done. I do like the filter in this one better though and it has a light in it

Buy the EXTENDED WARRANTY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a few days of using it it broke. It has a open door feature that air dry's the dishes. Well it worked fine and then it did not. The plastic tab popped out and will not retract. The repair person is ordering a new part - He said the motor seized up and he will need to replace the part. The machine is under warranty and I purchased your extended warranty. Please I hope this is a one off breakage and not what I will have to deal with on a regular basis. I love extended warranties but I don't like to need to use them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Would not recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not pleased with this dishwashers capacity. My previous dishwasher was able to hold 3 rows of dishes on the low rack, this holds only 2 and the dishes constantly fall over. Previous dishwasher had 7 rows of tines, this one only 4 rows.
The silverware basket is another thing I dislike. Previous dishwasher the entire basket lifted out for easy unloading. This one only the center section can be removed, the two ends are attached to the rack.
The dishwasher is quiet and does a good job of washing the dishes, but so did the other one.
Really wish I would have looked at reviews prior to the purchase, many people had similar sentiments.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first, this dishwasher was fantastic. Now that we are almost 9 months down the road, it has stopped drying our dishes regardless to how full the Jetdry dispenser is… I wonder if there isn’t either an issue with that system, or the heating element has given out. Regardless, being beholden to a requirement to use a chem ill to have an effective dishwasher is a very dirty way to do business. I wish Whirlpool/kitchenaid saint go down that road with their appliances and force their customers to use a product without prior knowledge of the requirement to have an effective/efficient dishwasher.

We had problems with the bottom rack on our previous one, bowls will never get washed properly, but with this one everything is shiny and clean no matter where they are in the dishwasher. The third rack is a nice bonus for silverware and serving spoons!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this dishwasher We replaced our old dishwasher with this model and it is amazing! My dishes come out very clean. It is incredible. It has 3 shelves where I can accommodate knives and spoons. It is quite spacious The noise is minimal, something normal, the fingerprints on the stainless are not marked, very easy to clean, excellent material, I am in love with the dishwasher!!

Amazing dishwasher, easy hook up

Roomy and sleek

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an older model KitchenAid dishwasher and was so excited for the upgrade. This washer is about 35% bigger. It has an adjustable 2nd rack and a decent sized third rack. The washer fits a lot of dishes, has multiple wash cycles. The best part is now my mugs come out dry because of the slanted design of the two upper racks! It also has a cool feature of reflecting the time remaining on the floor!
