(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Looks smaller once you open the dishwasher and cant put as many dishes in. Our old dishwasher had more storage, cant tell when the rinse agent is done. I do like the filter in this one better though and it has a light in it
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has some very nice features such as the illuminated timer on the floor & the air dry door open. I don't believe the upright tines allow for the most efficient loading of plates & bowls.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was very difficult. The drain pipe could have been a few inches longer. We replaced a similar Kitchen aid dishwasher and the electric connection was different. Installation instructions were not very clear. We do like the new dishwasher .
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ive had my new dishwasher since december 2024 and i love the features it has. it also cleans the dishes very well. The only issue i had was a wheel assembly popped off of the second rack in January and i had to call in service. I didn't know how to get it back in there and of course the assembly got lost due to sitting on the counter for so long with family and kids moving things.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This top-of-the-line KitchenAid dishwasher was purchased to replace a top-of-the-line KitchenAid dishwasher purchased in 1994. We have been away about half as long (30 days) as we have had the available use of the new DW (+/- 60 days). We have found this DW much more difficult to load than its predecessor - space between up-right prongs are either too close or too far apart to allow our normal dinner plates and related dishes to fit easily. Also, its predecessor accommodated quite a bit more dishware along with baking type dishes, etc. Not sure what the problem is?? On the positive side, it is relatively quiet and does a nice job in providing clean and dry dishes without prerinsing (other than removing any chunks of debris). Also, the custom front panel from its predecessor fit beautifully so the new DW feels and looks quite at home in its new environment.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Another wonderful Kitchen Aid purchase. Last dishwasher I had lasted over 20 years. I am enjoying the use of a 3 rack on this model and how quiet it is. Dishes never looked batter.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part, I like my new dishwasher. I have used Kitchenaid for over 30 years. I like the shape of the top rack, but I do not like the wide spaces on the deeper side. I have cooking utensils that will not fit on the flat side, but the handles fall through the wide gaps. If you sold an insert with small gaps for the left side of the upper rack, I would buy it!!
