Open door dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great dishwasher that doew a great job cleaning. The automatic door opening function that assists with drying was occasionally not working/staying open, allowing moisture to pool on the top of the custom panel. When contacted, customer service was not sure how this funciton actually works and was unable to assist.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quiet Luxury for Your Kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new KitchenAid dishwasher is a total game changer! At only 39 dBA, it’s whisper-quiet. I can run it anytime without even noticing. The FreeFlex Third Level Rack gives me so much extra space for utensils, mugs, and odd-shaped items, and the adjustable middle rack makes fitting tall pots super easy. Plus, the sleek PrintShield finish keeps fingerprints away so it always looks showroom-ready. Every load comes out spotless and dry thanks to the automatic door-open drying system. Functional, beautiful, and totally worth it!

Great machine but frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased two dishwashers in early July. Love the look of the machines, the quietness, the ease of setting the programs. I especially love the lights on the floor which tell me how much longer the wash has to run. The normal wash takes over two hours, which is too long. The Express Wash seems to work just fine.
Hate and am totally frustrated by the basket/trays which are impossible to efficiently load. No more than 4 dinner plates can be loaded. I am unable to work out where to put wine glasses, no place for tall glasses. Dishes fall back on each making me certain that something will break, although so far they have not. Pots and baking dishes can be fit in, which is nice. I seem to spend more time working out how to load the machine than I would if I would hand washing the dishes.

Reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned Kitchenaid dishwashers for 40 years and just renovated a new residence. Ordered it from a local Appliance store without hesitation . However, I am finding it difficult to load because of lack of flexibility of racks. I haven’t yet found the best way to best utilize the spaces. Would like to see some diagrams. Cleans beautifully and is quiet.

Would not recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not pleased with this dishwashers capacity. My previous dishwasher was able to hold 3 rows of dishes on the low rack, this holds only 2 and the dishes constantly fall over. Previous dishwasher had 7 rows of tines, this one only 4 rows.
The silverware basket is another thing I dislike. Previous dishwasher the entire basket lifted out for easy unloading. This one only the center section can be removed, the two ends are attached to the rack.
The dishwasher is quiet and does a good job of washing the dishes, but so did the other one.
Really wish I would have looked at reviews prior to the purchase, many people had similar sentiments.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd KitchenAid dishwasher. Waited 3 months for new model to come out. Love dishwasher itself but bottom rack is not user friendly for more than 6 plates. Slots too close on left side for dinner size plates and plates fall over. Last model no problem. It is very quiet and love feature where time left on cycle is lit up on floor so it can be easily seen
I would recommend this to a friend!
