It's been 2 months since I've ordered this expensive pump and I have only use dit twice because the milk doesn't even reach the bags. I don't get a good output and I end up wasting milk... I didn't know there was so much information I needed to know to use the pump properly and I just don't have time or money to invest into this confusing product.

I’m a second time mom and was looking to upgrade my Willow Go pump so I got the 360 thinking it would give me more freedom but... 1) it is so much more complicated to assemble for each use, 2) once you are done pumping some milk will stay in the collection tube and requires the pump battery to empty it, so if you run out of battery in the middle of pumping or if the bag is too full you will loose this precious milk stuck in the tube, 3) you have to use specific one-time-use bags to collect the milk and these fit too big, the pump will also open if you pump more milk than half the bag can handle, 4) the pump only comes with one charger but two pumps, huh?! Who pumps one breast at a time?!, 5) they sell a reusable collection bag but from reading the reviews online it can easily grow mold, eww, I’m afraid to invest more money after already paying for this expensive pump and encounter this problem. Do NOT recommend.

DO NOT BUY

I usually don’t write reviews but this pump has got to be the worst one out there. I bought this with my first child and I had low supply so I thought it was me but now with my second I am over producing. If I use my spectra I get 4 ounces as a minimum. When I tried using the willow for twenty minutes I can’t even get an ounce between the two breasts. This time around I made sure I had everything I needed I had my hospital measure me for the correct flange and I bought multiple sizes of the willow bras and this didn’t help at all so honestly I’ll probably just send them back. I am really frustrated. They claim to be hospital grade but their is no way and any lactation consultant is will tell you it’s not. I will rely on my spectra because their is absolutely no point of even trying to get this pump to work. You waste so much time messing with it and get very little out of it.

Convenient but constant error messages

I love the convenience of being able to be on the go and move in all directions using the bags. I also bought the reusable containers and when I washed them after the first use, I keep getting error messages - either to flush the flex tube for any residue (it's already clean!!) or to ensure proper seal without clothing in the way. There are no issues, no clothing in the way, etc. I've disassembled and reassembled multiple times with the reusable containers and still get the same issue with just one of them so I end up pumping with one side then moving that container to the other side to pump; so instead of a 25 min pump, it now takes 50 minutes total. I went back to the bags and it worked 1x then the next time it worked for 7 minutes before stopping and giving me the seal error again. I've tried everything and it won't work. When they work, they work great but otherwise it's very frustrating.

Best decision Ive made

This is my second time exclusively pumping. I decided to go with the 3.0 since it’s leak proof and I drive quite a lot. I cant say Ive been disappointed by it at all. I love it, its been the best decision Ive made this time around. Its not as quiet as I expected it to be but I also dont really care about that. I get the same volume or sometimes more than when I use my Medela Sonata. So far I havent had any issues with aligning the pump to my nipple, the suction levels are quite strong, I havent made it past the 3rd level of suction, as that one works perfect. They are a bit heavy, so I would just recommend a good sturdy bra (I prefer to use the “Playtex Women's Nursing Shaping Foam Wire Free bra) So far I love the willow 3.0 and Id recommend any mama to also get some!!

So far I am very happy with this pump. My output is actually the same if not a little better than my spectra. The only complaint I have is that I think for the price the pump should come with the containers and not the bag attachment.

The best of the best!

This is my 2nd pair of Willow pumps! I had the 2’d generation and then upgraded to the 360. This has been a life saver for me. As a flight attendant and inflight instructor I am able to pump and continue teaching and not being tied down by cords. What I also appreciate about the Willow is when I’m flying I am able to use the milk bags and when I’m on the ground teaching I am able to pump into the containers. My baby had a 10% weight loss when we left the hospital, so I needed to monitor how much milk he was getting, the Willow app showed me exactly how much I was pumping and gave me a better idea on what my baby was transferring. Some other great facts about the Willow is that I am able to pump and night while sleeping, I do not have to worry about the pump leaking, I can be at any angle, while I’m feeding the baby on one side, I can attach the pump to the other side to collect milk so it’s not just dripping on my shirt, or I can pump while my baby is on one side. The Willow 360 makes power pumping easier as well. You can do it while driving, when you are stopped a you can either control the pump from your phone or pressing the buttons on the pump. I highly recommend this pump to all mamas, you will not be disappointed. I shared a photo of me wearing the pumps while I teach, you can’t tell!

I am very disappointed in the willow. I have the bags and it never fills up., I have even repeated the cycle and done 50 mins. Then I pump after with the Spectra and i fill up the bottle. This machine does not work with my breasts. Way to much money for something that barely works.
