Spills and Leaks Every Time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used this pump multiple times - with the bags and the reusable storage containers. Each time it leaks milk all over me and spills even more when I remove the pumps. I can’t afford to lose an ounce of milk out of each breast every time I pump. Truly disappointing. I’d like a refund - happy to send the product back as I don’t want it.

Best purchase I have ever made

Of all the “expensive” things I bought during my first pregnancy, the only one truly worth it was this pump. My baby arrived at 34 weeks, and we spent three weeks in the NICU until she could learn to feed by mouth. This pump was a lifesaver! Those first weeks were a blur of pumping every three hours at night and spending all day in the NICU. It boosted my supply more than the Medela I used at the hospital and allowed me to pump while driving, holding my baby, eating, and even sleeping. Plus, it’s super easy to clean compared to other pumps. Leak-proof, gentle, and truly the best investment we’ve ever made!

Not worth the headache

As a working mom this pump is just not ideal! I tried the bags and reusable attachment. The parts are finicky and have to be replaced way too soon! Everything must be aligned perfectly in order for it to work. I need something that’s is more sturdy and quick assembly. Disappointed

Nice product

This pump is very nice and easy to use but the cost of every little thing is adding up and makes me want to warn other moms. For example, it comes with two pumps, it should come with two chargers. Also, it should come with both the flanges for the bags AND the reusable flange containers (or ant least give the option). I ordered the reusable flange containers and those did not come with extra flex tubes. I don’t understand why the flanges don't come with extra flex tubes. Also, other pump companies include a carry bag, for yours, it’s another purchase. It just feels like being “nickled and dimed.” As far as use goes, it’s easy go set up but every time I put the pump on, it says I need to release and reconnect the flange and pump, still don’t understand why as it works when I realign them every time.
