I’m still in my third trimester, so I haven’t gotten the chance to use my 360 yet. After my willow coaching session with Cat B I am feeling extremely confident in my pumping journey to come, and I am super excited to use my pump!

Have had some difficulty using the Willow 360 and with the company. My experience up to the coaching session had been terrible, however, after meeting with Cat, I can honestly say I have a new perspective of the company and how much they care for their customers. I’m hoping after the coaching session, I will have a good expression/output of milk. Cat was phenomenal and highly recommend if anyone else has had an unpleasant experience, try the 1 on 1 coaching session before throwing in the towel. Maybe you’ll get Cat and she can help you like she helped me!

A Solid Pump

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a bit complicated, but once you get the hang of it it’s not too bad to use. It empties me pretty well, not as good as my medela, but it gets the job done when I need to be moving around while pumping. It is indeed leak/spill proof! I’ve done workouts while wearing it and haven’t lost a drop! My biggest complaint is how massive the pumps are. I can’t really hold my baby while wearing them because they stick out so far from my chest.

This pump is the worst pump out of the 6 that I have used over my 3 pregnancies! I wasted way too much of my money on this for no help! I can get more by hand expressing then this pump even gives me. So highly disappointed, thought this was a good quality product but I’m disappointed and now looking elsewhere for a pump that will actually work.

Buyer Beware!

You guys! They will absolutely try to dodge covering your warranty with every fiber of their being because their products WILL NOT LAST A YEAR and they know it. There will be moments when you love the convenience of the pump and you will let that convince you to keep going with it even though you have trouble getting it started 75% of the time. Ultimately it will end up breaking at least once if not twice in the first year. I am on #2 and they are fighting so hard to not replace the pump this time. 3 more months of breastfeeding. Stick with any other wearable pump brand or stick with your old faithful brands like Medela. Nothing like having to make another major financial investment with being so close to being done breastfeeding. I read so many horrible reviews about willow before buying them and I still bought them. I have a friend that has the cheapest wearable pumps on the market and they absolutely stand behind their products. There is a reason your insurance won't cover Willow pumps. They are absolute garbage wrapped up in a luxury bow.
