Spills and Leaks Every Time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used this pump multiple times - with the bags and the reusable storage containers. Each time it leaks milk all over me and spills even more when I remove the pumps. I can’t afford to lose an ounce of milk out of each breast every time I pump. Truly disappointing. I’d like a refund - happy to send the product back as I don’t want it.

Do not buy this pump

This pump is awful. I use it with the reusable milk collector containers and they leak all over me every time, even with the air vents closed. Every time I use this pump I have to fight with it to get it to work. It’s so hard to get these pumps to latch and when they do half the time I take them off and nothing has been pumped. Don’t waste your money on this pump!

Nice in theory

Unfortunately, this pump turned out to be very disappointing. We purchased it for the purpose of portability for when we wanted to go to an event or travel as we have an oversupply issue and we enjoy the occasional concert. It is a strong pump but not strong enough and leaves you with a mess. The flip to finish never gets all the milk into the bag AND it leaks around the flange while you are pumping, wasting so much milk and soiling your clothes. On top of that there are so many error messages of it not forming a seal or it could take several attempts to go from stimulation to expression phase. Ultimately resulting in a pump session which should take you 20 minutes into an hour saga. I knew it was never going to be the strongest pump but I never knew it would leave me so frustrated with a mess to clean up. I’ll stick with my Haakas from here.

I had great experiences using the Willow hands free pump and over producing so could stop pumping at 6 months but still had enough milk to give my baby breast milk until 13 months!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my Willow 360. Easy to use after a few uses and like how hands free and sealed it is. One of the main reasons I chose this was to be able to pump directly into the milk bags, minimizing cleaning of parts and having to transfer milk!

This pump is very convenient while I work in clinic or hospital. It provides great output. I highly recommend it!
