Wish I had not bought this pump

I’m a second time mom and was looking to upgrade my Willow Go pump so I got the 360 thinking it would give me more freedom but... 1) it is so much more complicated to assemble for each use, 2) once you are done pumping some milk will stay in the collection tube and requires the pump battery to empty it, so if you run out of battery in the middle of pumping or if the bag is too full you will loose this precious milk stuck in the tube, 3) you have to use specific one-time-use bags to collect the milk and these fit too big, the pump will also open if you pump more milk than half the bag can handle, 4) the pump only comes with one charger but two pumps, huh?! Who pumps one breast at a time?!, 5) they sell a reusable collection bag but from reading the reviews online it can easily grow mold, eww, I’m afraid to invest more money after already paying for this expensive pump and encounter this problem. Do NOT recommend.

It's been 2 months since I've ordered this expensive pump and I have only use dit twice because the milk doesn't even reach the bags. I don't get a good output and I end up wasting milk... I didn't know there was so much information I needed to know to use the pump properly and I just don't have time or money to invest into this confusing product.

Inconsistency with the function - very finicky to “latch” and creates false data. A lot of milk loss with both the bags and the reusable containers, Low suction/volumes vs the traditional tube pumps - would be ok with that trade off if the pump was reliable and didn’t have so much loss in the collection process . App is awesome and elegant BUT the finicky machines create false readings.This unreliable , spilling machine is heart breaking at 2am when you are desperately just trying to pump enough to stay ahead of your baby’s quickly growing volume needs... then one pump says you have pumped 2oz and you open the container and there is nothing there (was recording air!) while the other pump completely spilled all over you and is totally lost! You are sticky and sad, your boobs are swollen , tired and sore... and you’ve missed /lost a window and lost precious ounces. It’s frustrating and defeating.

Not worth the hype

The first day everything was going smooth but then the pumps died and when I charged both of them the orange flashing light came up letting me know that I had only one section left of pumping. Sometimes on the app the info it’s not accurate and it gives me problems connecting both of the pumps when using them.

Better the second time

I used the willow with my first baby and it was crazy convenient while traveling and working. I used the same pumps for the beginning of my second child. We’re to order new ones after a couple months. The new and updated pumps are great and I’m glad I did. The app is helpful and even though I own 3 different type of pumps, this is the one I love to use.

For the price, I thought this would be amazing! But, it always had issues and never worked properly. It also does leak... so that is misleading. Disappointed that I wasted my insurance option on this one. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Decent pumps overall

I overall like the pump. But there are pumping sessions that completely just don’t work for me. It takes a while to get the pump started, as well as have them placed on you correctly. I have followed all the videos. I have to turn them off and reconnect them multiple times in order for it to start pumping effectively. I will admit that once it does get going, you got a decent amount out. Overall, just been a little little frustrated with these.
