Door is supposed to be fingerprint resistant

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought four new Bosch appliances for our kitchen including this dishwasher. The finish is supposed to be fingerprint resistant but isn't and never has been. It is impossible to clean (mild soap and water). The 800 series fridge we bought is also fingerprint resistant and we've been so happy with the way it looks. The finishes on the two appliances do not even compare. The dishwasher is quiet and functions very well, but unfortunately looks terrible in our new kitchen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Dishwasher!

There is much more room than I anticipated, including a third shelf for silverware and smaller items. The dishwasher is extremely quiet while running and does a great job. I am very happy with this purchase.

Super Quiet

My living space is open and not very large and I am able to watch TV or listen to music while it is running and barely notice it. The only noise I hear is a quiet hum, except when it is draining, and that can get a little noisy. The settings are easy to read and the online videos are very helpful to get familair with the machine. One thing I'm always unsure of when purchasing stainless steel appliance is how they will resist fingerprints. This one is great. I've had it about a month and only needed to wipe it down once. No kids helps.

First impressions

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I'm very happy with this purchase. It's a well built dishwasher that feels solid and cleans dishes well. Installation was relatively easy but the instructions were better designed for an installer than a homeowner.
Obviously, it is smaller but the 3 setting for the middle rack give options. That said if you're washing 12 inch plates you have to use the highest set point and that limits what you can load in the middle. The top third rack works well for silverwear and can fit very small bowls -- but I wish it was simpler as all the slots limit it use to that.
A great machine for a single person or a couple with a smaller kitchen.

Excellent performance, Annoying racks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Zeolith drying works as advertised and is excellent with plastics. Wash performance is very good, too. The racks are a bit wonky and it can be a puzzle to get everything in. We also have a full size Miele in our kitchen and I think those racks are infinitely superior and the Miele has a more substantial build quality. Overall, the Bosch is a good dishwasher and the odd racks might be due to the fact that it's an 18" model.
