Fancy Remote is garbage

Fancy remote for this unit is worthless!
Still have to get up to manually press units buttons to operate and change settings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous window air conditioner quit cooling my house. After 10 days of living with fans I decided I needed another window unit. I had owned Frigidaire appliances in my previous home so when I saw they made air conditioners I guessed at what size I needed and ordered this unit. I guessed correctly. It is so nice to walk into a cool house after I come home from work. Frigidaire continues to meet my needs. Thank You!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The little AC Unit that could! Desperately needed to cool down my son's bedroom this summer after not having it last year. Simply put, it was a "sweatbox" in there last summer. Fans and more fans to keep them somewhat cool.
Had to deal with trying to fix the old AC unit, but it was $$$ to replace it. Went with the gold standard in AC's, the Frigidaire unit we just purchased. Having previously lived in NYC, that's wha I used for many years and during many heatwaves, and it always kept us cool.
So, it was a no-brainer to install one for the boys. So glad that I did, it works like a charm, thank you Frigidaire!

Cools room quickly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last Frigidaire window AC lasted 18 years. I’m loyal to the brand because I’ve had good experiences with all of my Frigidaire appliances. I’m pleased with the performance of this one so far. It cools my 250 sq ft attic room on hot, humid days with ease and removes the humidity. It is a bit noisy, but not too bad with the fan on low speed. It comes with plenty of foam to seal the window. I had to add a piece of wood for it to sit on due to the design of my vinyl window. I also added styrofoam panels behind the accordion sides.
