Window-Mounted Room Air Conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is ok and keeps room cool but is very loud when turned on high, I think when it was delivered they dropped it and something is loose to make the load noise

Stopped working after two months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in July and by September it was not working. At first it turned on and you could feel a little bit of air coming out, then a few days later nothing happened when I turned it on. I chose this brand because my parents have an older model for many years that still works great, but this one did not work out. Waste of money.

Plugged it in for testing and found it very user friendly.
Loved the remote and the auto control.

I have thus unit in a mobile home in a bedroom the moment I installed the unit my aunt mentioned that she could feel a temp change in the living room next to the bedroom this is installed in.

Great ac but..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great ac for our bedroom but it's dented in the top left corner and the faceplate won't sit completely flush. I don't know if it happened during shipping or in the warehouse but it still works and makes the room very cold.
