[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Frigidaire window unit. I did my homework and that's why I chose this unit. The features are great like the remote sensing and the Eco mode. It cools the room down quickley. I recomend Frigidaire quality products.

Cold air but noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We also have a similar Frigidaire model with 10K BTU’s and it is great, but this one is extremely loud. When it idles on low it makes the usual sound that one would expect, but whenever it kicks in there’s a terrible sound that we can’t seem to get rid of. Not sure if it’s a defect or the normal sound of this machine. Either way it’s very annoying.
