[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the exact same model / btu. this one does not get as cold and takes much longer. new is not as good as previous model. i am disappointed.

Please ensure you have it on your preferred settings and there is nothing in front of the AC blocking the airflow. My Review for 8,000 BTU Window-Mounted Room Air Conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this brand of air conditioner because of another Frigidaire window a/c that I purchased 12 years ago which has continued to run without one single problem. The new a/c was easy to install and generates cool air throughout the rooms within minutes!
