[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once I reviewed the set-up manual, the unit went together very quickly and has operated as indicated. We have experienced a hotter than normal few weeks and the unit has performed as we had hoped. We have been very comfortable.

Frigidaire 8000 btu window air contitioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed in my 280 sq. ft. uninsulated outbuilding. Added double bubble reflective insulation to the interior walls and roof rafters. When outside temperture is 90 or higher with high humidity it is a very comfortable 75 degrees with low humidity inside. Wish i had done this 10 years ago. My workshop/woodshop is now as comfortable as my home.

No smart control.
Remote is usless, push buttons all day but no way of knowing if the ac is on what you want.
A disappointment, for the brand name.

We are disappointed to learn the AC doesn't meet your expectations. Your AC is best for room sizes 350-450 sq. ft. If the unit isn't cooling properly, please see possible solutions on page 14 in the Use and Care Guide.

Keeping Cool
