Brrrrrr that’s nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided to upgrade from a 6000 BTU to this 8000 BTU. You could feel the difference immediately once we turned it on. It was extremely easy to install and even easier to use. We are glad we chose this brand and model and we are looking forward to many cool nights with it. Thank you.

Excellent warranty service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought our unit last year and it worked great, took it out just a few weeks ago and it was not blowing cold, did the trouble shoot, but still not blowing cold.
Called warranty service, provided the receiet and received a replacement.
These units are massed produced so there will be a certain amount of defects, that I understand. I am happy with the service I received and the unit performance.
