[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed an upgrade...saw this air conditioner at BJs and the price was great. We bought it but didn't put it in right away...life gets in the way sometimes. We finally got tired of being hot and sweaty so we carefully unpacked it and put all the finishing goodies on it and put it in the window! We Love It! Plus the eco settings are great!

So easy to set up and use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wirecutter has this air conditioner on their list of 2022 best air conditioners and I'm glad I decided to try it out. All we really has to do for setup was attach the wings and the top rail, pop it in the window and we were good to go. I'm loving the remote too!

I live in an attic apartment and it is very hot in the summer, this AC is one of three and my favorite. I definitely will purchase this brand again, I have confidence in it.

Love the Remote!

Very easy to use with enough options (fan speed, modes, etc...) to do the job. Remote is easy to use though it's kinda bulky and wish it had lighted buttons and an illuminated LCD screen that displays more than just room temp. Otherwise, happy with stylish looks and performance.
