[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new AC seems to be working as expected. But I actually ordered a 10,000 BTU and just found out that I got a 8000 BTU. Since I have had it for just less than 2 months now, I can't do a thing about it. In real severe HOT weather, it doesn't do the job that a 10,000 BTU would. But this one is fine for what it is.

I really am enjoying this A/C. It cools off the room very nicely, fits the window perfectly and looks sleek. Highly recommend this A/C.

Great Air Conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old unit I am replacing is the same Air Conditioner and it lasterd a long time, I was so happy with this unit. So when I needed to replace my old Air Conditioner I purchased two Frigidaire - 8,000 BTU Window-Mounted Room Air Conditioner. They are very quiet. Great product. I will always purchase Frigidaire products because they are very reliable.

Very noisy ac

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The remote isn't so great....No knowledge what buttons you are pressing. You can only use the remote while visible in front of ac or you will have no idea what controls you are choosing.
