Very noisy ac

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought two of these air conditioners to replace older noisy units . The new one are louder then they old one I will be returning these as soon as I get a chance .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The remote isn't so great....No knowledge what buttons you are pressing. You can only use the remote while visible in front of ac or you will have no idea what controls you are choosing.
