My New Frigidaire Window Air Conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it works well. it's a 8000 BTU unit as opposed to the 5000 BTU unit I had and went bad. It cools down the room fast. I'm learning how to set up unit. I would like to set fan on run all the time with compressor controlled by temperature remote. Can you tell me how?

They pale in comparison to the two Frigidaire 8,000 BTU window mounted air conditioners I recently purchased. The quality and performance are second to none. If you're in the market for a window mounted air conditioner Frigidaire should be your only option.

Pretty good air conditioner for small places (250-350 ft sq). In a hot day, over 75F, takes almost 15 minutes to change the room temperture. The remote control and the functions are very ready to use. The noise its good, its not silent, but its better than others.

It clicks loudly and often

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As far as cooling one room goes it works very well. For overall cooling I should’ve got the 10k but that’s on me. I got it for my bedroom so I knew the 8k was enough. I had to change it out for a 5k though because it makes an annoying clicking sound. And it’s loud enough that it wakes/keeps me up at night. It is now in the upstairs hallway and I don’t have to listen to it. I would return it but the price was right and I did have a back up to switch it out with.
