[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. The unit has excellent features and is easy to setup and the unit is quiet enough. No problem cooling bedroom plus hall way and kitchen. Dehumidifier is a great option and works well. I love the ECO mode as well. What's not to like.

Not Quiet

States db levels as quiet, lower levels than most others. I increased my price range to assure a quiet a/c & disappointed to say the least. As noisy as my 9 year old hand-me-down a/c I replaced. Along with the noise level is a constant flutter while on low & a horrible whirring & rattle from inside the unit. Also, louvres are NOT 6 way as stated. These two areas were my focus,I spent a lot of time on research To my dismay, this company/model has let me down & I feel It has been misrepresented!! Now I’m stuck with it & it’s Noise

We're sorry to hear the noise level in your AC has become bothersome. It should run at an average of 55dB on low fan speed, 56dB on medium fan speed, and 58dB on high fan speed. Please check that the AC is not vibrating in place and is properly seated in the window with all insulating materials! The foam strips included for installation are meant to block outside air and reduce vibration. If the noise levels rise, please reach out to us by Live Chat on Frigidaire.com or by phone at 800-374-4432 Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 8:00pm EST so we can investigate further and assist you with a resolution!

a couple week ago and it is working great. It is blowing out temperatures in high 30°
Easy to use and regulate temperature in my room about 15x20. One thing I didn't like is that they took away the insulated side panels I use the one from old one.
But other wise great unit.

Very efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hoping for a more energy efficient air conditioner and I'm quite happy with this model. It took some adjusting to select the right mode to minimize the noise level, but once I figured that out, everything went well. Cools the room well, and it is nice that the fine is not constantly on.

Worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like it a little hot but my girlfriend likes it a bit chilly. So I bought this because my old 5,000 BTU AC wasn’t cooling my studio during these heatwaves and this definitely does the trick.
