Thought this unit was quiet according to the reviews , runs at 70db. 85 db when compressor kicks on. Cools ok.

Shipping/Packaging needs improvement

It functions but it was delivered with a big kink to the rear left corner of unit. Cardboard box cracked open and internal form pieces barely holds the product in place. It could be the shipper's handling technique/training, but packaging dept should have taken that into account at designing the packaging material.

Great feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this unit about a month ago and so far it's wonderful! I like that the remote uses the temperature from outside to adjust the temperature inside just right, so you are never too cold or hot.
