Bought this ac 3 days ago for my bedroom and I am very disappointed ... the ac run on high cool for hours and does not get cold. I have a Frigidaire 12000 in my living-room and in t0 minutes the temperature of the room changes . Loved that one. Not sure why this is faulty. It’s 8000 so it’s should cool the bedroom down. But it’s not. However I will be looking to return this.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to learn that the air conditioner is not getting cold enough. The air conditioner is designed to cool an area of 350 square feet. If the room is within that area, ensure that there is nothing blocking the vents on the inside and outside and the room is insulated. DOES NOT GET COOL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replacement from first purchase. Not happy! Does not get cool. Runs for hours with no temperature change. Noisy and my electric bill is extreme!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in Florida and our central system a/c died during hottest part of summer . Because of CoVid, had to wait 6 days for new equipment . It was 88 degrees in my house. I bought this window unit for my bedroom so my cat and I had a cool room to hang out and to sleep in comfort . It was wonderful and did a fantastic job . Also , my dad worked for Frigidaire in Rhode Island in the 1940’s and even tho he passed away 24 years ago , I have his work chest that my husband refinished which has a brass plate on the front that says Frigidaire that I proudly display in the entrance to my home. I also have a Frigidaire refrigerator.
