Super Quiet A/C with plenty of Power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 3rd Frigidaire A/C, the other 2 work so well, we kept with the same brand as we had to replace another brand that died way too soon. I would recommend this air conditioner to anyone. And their customer service is top notch. It was the first time I had to use it as there was a small problem with the remote, still worked fine but slightly damaged. The gentleman who helped me couldn't have been nicer and they immediately shipped me out a new remote without hesitation. Wish all companies were this good!

Noise level

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought a 8,000 btu unit. It works very well but it makes a loud noise when it is on. The noise gets louder when the fan speed is increase which sometimes makes it impossible to hear anything . Other than this issue every thing else is okay.
