However the machine was dented when received. outer carton not damaged. so damage done prior to boxing. I did not return because we could not wait weeks for a replacement.

So Happy!

I told my husband it was the only thing I liked about winter, I can get the bedroom as cold as I like for sleeping. This air conditioner will get the room almost as cold! Absolutely love it and the features. I always shut the eco omg mode off. Very easy to operate. Great air conditioner!
