New shop air conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This small unit packs a great cooling punch. My windows are small and this unit fit perfectly into the small opening. The 8,000 BTU in a small package does a great job. You set the digital temperature and the unit will shut off when the temperature is reached. Not like my old unit that ran constantly. This is a very efficient unit. Best purchase I could have made for my shop.

I bought this ac on May 23 of this year and not even 2 months its frozen. Ice has build up and doesn't blow air normally. Now I need to reach customer service and may have to take my ac to them. Like I have time for this. I am very disappointed in the products I have recently purchased.

Not strong enough to cool one room

This unit runs 100% of the time and can't get our 300SF room to 70 degrees with our central unit set at 73. Just ill advertised. Also VERY noisy!

We understand some operational sounds from your air conditioner can be noisy to you. Your may hear many sounds, such as high-pitched chatter, vibration, ping, and more that can be viewed in the manual.
Your air conditioner might also run continuously, if the airflow is blocked by a dirty filter. Most consumer's have found that cleaning the air filter can resolve your issue.

Did Not Cool

I purchased the window ac unit and had it going for two days, and the Air conditioner would not cool down space. It ran hot and the Compressor never kicked on.

Noisiest AC EVER!

This is so LOUD. Even the remote is Loud. When you use the remote it beeps so loudly even the dog leaves the room. You can forget about watching TV. When it gets to correct temp - it turns off which is great - until it kicks back on again the middle of the night and wakes you up. It is just not usable in a bedroom.
