[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Air Conditioner has been the perfect fit for us. The ability to turn this on/off thru Wi-Fi has been awesome. Cool the house down when we are coming home and turn it off when we are not has been a real energy saver.

Very cold and quickly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two 12000 btu units to cool my house which is an expanded tri-level home and difficult to flow the air. The blowers on these units are powerful and my entire home is cooled in a short period. The only negative is that the blowers are a bit lowder than I would like but to get the air where I need it, it’s a small price to pay.

Not cold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Comes on starts cold then just blows air for a long time then goes back to some cold air for a couple minutes the nothing but a glorified fan again.
