Room for improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit definitely cools the room but there’s room for improvement. I wish it was more quieter when turning on and off while running on Eco. Another big issue is that I bought 3 units expecting to turn them on remotely before I start my drive home but most times the app shows the units are offline. I know it’s not my WiFi because I can still run my other WiFi enabled devices remotely.

Amazing AC unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 2 12k BTU ac units for my upstairs living room and downstairs family room. One AC alone cools both floors. AC works incredibly. Especially love the app feature that allows me to control the AC from my phone even when I am aware from home. It was definitely a great buy and worth every penny spent!

Powerful little AC

It does a great job, and our favorite part is that we synced it to our Google nest hub to use it via voice control. It's great! We can turn it on and off and change the settings and timer entirely by voice. Very happy with this purchase.
