[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the worst window unit ever, Last summer it worked amazing, This summer all it does is blow Air. Not Cold air.. as much as I paid for this unit I should of gotten more than 2 summers out of it.

Nice Unit - With One Design Complaint

My only suggestion to Frigidaire is that they include a light that stays on when the unit is on, because you can't see or hear if the power is on - specifically when the unit temporarily goes "off" when in energy saver mode (since all displays turn off when the unit is operating regardless of the mode it's in).

Not worth it

I need a 10 btu unit but decided to go bigger so that room will get colder sooner when ahead and brought this 12btu and u regret it , this unit is big for my room and it won’t cool my room at all . I have to leave it on 24/7 plus a fan to cool the room up a little but it only feel cool not cold at all , this unit will not cool my room at all I’m very disappointed and I will not be purchasing this brand ever again and will not recommend to no one at all

If your air conditioner does not feel cold enough, here are some resolutions or troubleshooting techniques we can recommend. The room temperature is below 60 F (16 C). Cooling may not occur until the room temperature rises above 60 °F (16 °C). temperature-sensing element touching the cold coil, located behind the air filter. Straighten away from the coil. You may also reset to a lower temperature. compressor shut-off by changing modes. Wait approximately 3 minutes and listen for the compressor to restart when set in cool mode. The Frigidaire 12000 BTU WiFi Window Room Air Conditioner has worked great and is also super quiet as well. I would highly recommend this A/C!!
