Strong, easy to use,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Strong and easy to use - much better than my 6k BTU unit so far. I love that I can turn it on from anywhere or schedule to turn it on thru the wifi capabilities. A little bit of a rattle but not anything more than I expect from an AC. Cools things down so quickly and nice.
minus 1 star because it came cracked on the exterior and inner styrofoam. I hope it’s just cosmetic for now because did not want to waste on a replacement that could also potentially be cracked.

The wifi setup was a little annoying. Some of the steps didn't seem to be in the Order they should be
But, I was able to get them all connected. I have a task setup in the app which is nice to cone on at a certain temp.
Overall I love these so far. I have had them for about 2 weeks.

wifi app with it's setting and scheduling features made this a no brainer. We got another for our home office. The eco setting along with the low fan was the perfect setting combination for climate control and quieter operation...
