Just what we were looking for!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Exactly what we wanted for our child's room! The air conditioner is what you would expect from other units, but the WiFi accessibility is great! Easy to set up and great piece of mind knowing that I can go right on the app to change the settings.

Air Conditioner okay but WiFi flaky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A/C unit may be okay, however, WiFi & associated Frigidaire 2.0 App aspect leaves much to be desired. When connected it is okay. However, the unit loses connection daily at some point. Have to go to unit to reestablish connection (which was the idea of WiFi so I wouldn't have to visit the A/C). Then it askes to register product w address and purchase date each time even though 'remember my credentials' is checked, and the product was registered online using my PC. That it remembers as by PC I get that the product SN is already registered.
My WiFi access point is about 10 feet away and my temperature & humidity monitor and gateway work fine. Also, pretty much every time the app is accessed, a screen flashes that connection is lost. Usually the connection is not lost as the next screen is normal and functional.

Wi-Fi feature is a fail

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everyday the ac unit becomes “disconnected “ from the Wi-Fi, resulting in having to take 5-10 minutes everyday to reconnect. So annoying. I called the help line and was told I’d get a call back in 3-5 days, that never happened
