[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent unit, purchased to replace a very loud older model that was inefficient. Noticed remarkable improvement in coolness, humidity reduction and of course sound. Like all window units, it’s not exactly quiet but it’s not overwhelming either. It’s been really hot so it’s been running all day lately with no issues!

Oh no! Thank you for bringing this up to our attention, we're saddened to hear that your unit is not cooling. This certainly not the kind of experience we want you to have, no worries, here's what we can do to fix the issue that you're having. This is some basic troubleshooting that we can do. First, we need to check if there is power before continuing with other steps. Make sure that the unit is plugged in and turned on and make sure that there is an indication lights with the unit. After that. Please make sure that the unit was operating at the suggested settings of 37 degrees for refrigerator and 0 degrees for the freezer. If that's not the temperature in your unit. Please know that.
Factory suggested temperature settings for refrigerator is 37 degrees and freezer are 0 degrees, but refrigerator can operate between 33 degrees to 47 degrees and freezer can operate between -6 degrees to +6 degrees. Temperatures outside these ranges may have an effect on how the unit operates. You can check your manual and go to use and care guide for the model specific temp adjustment instructions. Also, please allow 24 hours to stabilize the temperature inside the unit. Great Air Conditioning

I live on the 3rd floor of apartment building and it’s super hot currently and this air con was easy to set up in my room and it cools down the room super fast. and the app and remote are the best thing ever because when i’m coming home from work i can just use the app to turn in the air conditioner so by the time im home my room is cool. honestly would by another on.

Exceptional Air Quality

We love being able to connect with it on our phones via the app. I can't say enough good things about this unit. I highly recommend purchasing one if you're on the fence.
