Great AC

The AC has reached desired cool temperature quickly, maintains it no matter how hot it gets outside, and it’s great to be able to turn it on remotely before arriving home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 3 ac’s in the past 2 months, different companies, all junk! FINALLY, this ac is wonderful. Cools quickly and perfectly. Very pleased its settings go down to 60* as the others only went to *64. I would definitely recommend this product!

Surprisingly strong

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This AC is quite fast at cooling down this room. However it can be noisy, which is forewarned. Sometimes the app desyncs from the unit, but doesn't overall impact the use of it or the AC.

Good but not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works, but even when you select the auto speed the AC NEVER turns off, if you set it to 65F and it’ll get to 65 but it will still be running. It’s very very loud. And to use with Alexa you have to create a routine very weird, because if you say “alexa then the AC on”. She says “AC is on a mode that doesn’t support that, change manually or use the app.” I had to create a crazy routine to actually work.
Anyway. I can’t return anymore. So it’s what it’s. But if you have a better option. Get other.

To fix an air conditioner that won’t turn off, First, we need to change the thermostat settings. Turn up the temperature so the thermostat is set a few degrees higher than the current room temperature. This should cause the air conditioner to end its cycle. Second, We need to change the fan setting. Set the fan to “auto” instead of “on”. This will prevent the fan from running continuously even when the air conditioner is not cooling. Third, Facilitate good air movement. Make sure there are no obstructions around the vents and registers. This will improve the airflow and reduce the cooling load on the air conditioner. Lastly, clean the blower fan and the air filter. A dirty blower fan or air filter can reduce the efficiency of the air conditioner and cause it to run longer than necessary. A clean filter and fan will allow better air circulation and cooling.

Great AC

Love that I can just control it from my phone and set tasks for when I want it to turn on or off so when on the road I can turn it off and set it to come back on before I get home. Also love that it's not big and bulky
