So far this kettle has been working great. I like the cool touch feature and the different temperature settings. After a lot of research to replace my 6-year old (still working) Krups kettle, I chose this brand because it was highly rated and, most importantly, the stainless steel lining inside the kettle and lime scale filter. I only wish it had a larger capacity than 1 liter!!

Well made product. Double wall with good insulation. Handle is very sturdy and comfortable to hold. Wish the temperature panel could also display C.

I first encountered this electric kettle when I was staying at Miraval in Austin, TX. I became immediately obsessed with it and when I got home ordered one for my husband's birthday, which was also a gift for me. Since we got it a couple weeks ago we have not been disappointed. It looks elegant, works quickly and quietly, and has so many settings for all your different water heating needs. I love it!

I love the seamless stainless steel interior. No plastics inside. The dual wall keeps the exterior cool to the touch. It is very quick to bring the kettle to the preset temp options. It is nice sleek design that looks great on the counter.
