Got a unit that was noisier than advertised, likely a shaky compressor. Messaged Windmill customer service. It was the greatest customer service experience I have ever had! Every response was within minutes. Within a day they had shipped me new unit. It works great, quite quiet. A+

Easy to install-- I was able to do so on my own! Stylish, quiet, easy to use. It works really well-- keeps the room its installed in very cool and actually greatly helps the circulation of the house when paired with standard fans.

This is the 3rd purchase of your A/C and I must say that the main reason for purchasing them is because of their quietness and they are quiet. I like the idea of having them connected to my phone it makes it easier to turn them off or on or adjust them without having to physically go to each room.
As a bonus they do look a lot nicer than our other ones that where replaced .

The Customer service team was super helpful with a little installation issue I had. So far, I am super happy with my windmill ac. It looks amazing. One of my only suggestions would be the ability to have more than 3 fan speeds. Mostly just a couple of quieter ones. When I sleep the first level isn't so bad, but while I'm awake doing things it would be nice for it to be just a little bit quieter.

Overall very good. Looks great, easy install and amazing customer service. The noise is not as quiet as I had hoped and is actually quieter when you have the fan set to 2 rather than 1. My much larger LG dual inverter that cools my downstairs is quieter but doesn't look as night and doesn't have a way to turn of the LED lights so for the bedroom this is pretty good.
