We ordered three Windmill window units for our new NYC apartment (living room, master bedroom, kid's room) and we are so happy! Our super installed them so can't speak first hand to ease of installation but it didn't take him too long to do all three. The product looks sleek and way nicer than the (traditional, old, uggo) units we had removed. We love the app functionality and the ability to share control among household members.

It is really a great unit. It runs really quite and good air flow. I couldn't' be more pleased with an air condition unit. Thanks fore giving me such a great product. and I would give this unit a top rating in design and so quite.

Best modern AC!

Took the plunge and came across this modern AC after reviewing different models.
It’s far quieter than the conventional older traditional air conditioners and I love that I can use the app or Alexa to turn it on & off.
I will say, I did have to get someone to install the triangular outlet but the wait was worth it! Very happy with my purchase.

Best Window A/C Unit

I've had my Windmill units for a few months, and they've truly been incredible. Beyond being high-performing and aesthetically beautiful to look at, Windmill's Customer Service is unparalleled - and the Bluetooth feature is a game-changer (i.e., after a recent vacation, I was able to turn my units on from the airport via my phone to ensure that my apartment would be cool upon my arrival). I see myself enjoying these units for years to come and have told everyone I know about how excellent they are. Thank you!

This AC is something else. Needed this for an office that gets poor HVAC circulation. The unit cools the office several degrees within a few minutes and keeps up with the computer equipment in the room as well. Install is super easy, much easier than with a typical unit. I was up and running within 5-10 minutes from box opening to unit turning on. The wifi feature is convenient to adjust temp when not at home. The compressor is also quiet and the eco mode seems to sip electricity while keeping a comfortable temperature. Price is worth it!

I purchased a Windmill directly from the manufacturer. Upon installation, I noticed it didn't seem to cool the room very much. I contacted customer service, and Lisbeth helped me run some troubleshooting ideas. When those didn't work, she arranged for delivery of a new unit to arrive the next day, free of charge. She was so helpful and communicative and I really appreciated the level of service and care. Thank you Lisbeth!
Now I have the new unit installed and it works great! I've noticed that eco mode works best under 70º or so; for higher temperatures I have to use the cool setting. I love that everyone in the household is able to control the unit from our phones, and am very happy with this purchase. Thank you!
