Life saver!

Purchased this to replace a cheaper brand I’ve had for a few years in my bedroom. It was easy to install and operate. I’ve noticed a huge difference and improvement in how quickly the room is cooled and maintained on the auto feature. Previous air conditioner never seemed to shut off! I live in an old farmhouse without much insulation so the temp in my bedroom can hit 90 pretty quickly on hot days. The Windmill gets the room cooled quickly and maintains that temp. Finally, I can sleep comfortably!

Great AC unit

It cools my office very well. It was heavier than I thought it would be but I still managed to install it myself. It looks nice and sleek.
I will say the instructions ask you to screw it into the window but that doesn’t work with vinyl windows the plate to secure the window to not open farther also wouldn’t work with my windows. That said it seems very secure with the window down.

A wonderful clean design that is as quiet as it is beautiful! Simple to install with more accessories for ease and finish that would make a professional blush.

I compared a couple models of WiFi enabled window air conditioner units with minimalist design, and chose Windmill for the ease of setup. Install and setup took less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately the extra roll of foam insulation was missing from my box. I hope customer service will remedy this oversight. Otherwise, it’s day 2 and all is working fine.

I am extremely satisfied with the 6000 BTU Windmill unit that I bought this summer. It works in all of the ways I expected, looks nice, and was fairly easy to install. However, I am still not fully satisfied with the 8000 BTU with WhisperTech. The first unit I received cooled the room very well but had a defect that caused a very loud, annoying buzzing sound. Windmill replaced the unit (thank you). The replacement unit is much quieter and meets my expectations for "whispering." However, it does not cool as effectively and efficiently. I'm not sure I am going to keep it.

Windmill ACs are incredibly easy to use, are really nice to look at, and very quiet. I have nothing but good things to say about Windmill. Plus, I needed to contact customer service about an issue and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was as it should be. Wonderful company.
