We absolutely LOVE our Windmill Air ACs!

We absolutely LOVE our Windmill Air ACs. We have two historic houses, both of which don't have central AC. We've struggled to find ACs that work well, are efficient, and also look nice with our historic architecture. We've tried every portable AC under the sun – they don't work great, blow hot air and take up a lot of floor space. Enter Windmill Air! I couldn't be more thrilled – they were super easy to install (seriously, easiest install for any product I've ordered in years! They even include scissors!), and are really helping to take the edge off the summer humidity here in coastal Massachusetts. I've told everyone I know about these ACs because they've made a huge difference in us being able to enjoy being indoors in the summer. I couldn't recommend them enough! If you are looking for a beautiful window unit that blows some serious cold air, get these ACs.

Good AC. Very impressed by Windmill Customer Service. They were very help and quick to answer questions about an issue with our unit. Promptly helped and provided multiple trouble shoot options upfront to avoid delayed communication.
The 10K btu is one of the most impressive AC I’ve owed. We use it in a very large open concept living room kitchen with no issue. Radically improved our apartment life.

My first windmill came with a damaged box and had a noisy fan, and was replaced by a nice QUIET one :) Yes it is much quieter than my smaller, older model Windmill.

Though I was thoroughly pleased with my windmill AC unfortunately I had a situation and the unit wasn't operating correctly. Frankly, I was concerned that the only way to communicate with customer service was through email, but my concerns were eased when they responded quickly. After working with me to try to correct the problem they decided that the unit should be replaced and had a replacement shipped within 2 business days. Their customer service team is superior to any other company I have ever had to deal with! I am now, again, enjoying the comfort my ac provides.

we have storm windows and unfortunately had a terrible time with install! we looked everywhere for a full installation video, but found they skipped over dome of the useful parts. in the future, a full install video would be really helpful.
now that it’s installed, it looks great and works great.
