Really sleek look. Great customer service. For the size of the AC it isn’t as powerful as I thought it would be but it’s great for a bedroom. I wouldn’t use it for my main living area doesn’t get cold enough

This is a rare company in today's business world. I had a minor problem with one of the units I purchased from Windmill. Contacted customer service (on the weekend I might add ) and got an immediate response. After some trouble shooting they immediately sent out a replacement unit. Bought 2 initially and they look great and get very cold. But the thing I can't stress enough is the outstanding customer service. Bravo Windmill I'll recommend your company based upon your timely response and your wonderful customer service representatives who made this whole process painless. Thank you.

We had a brand new

We had a brand new windmill 10000 btu ac unit that suddenly stopped working and windmill staff tried to help us get the. Unit to work without success. They then got all of our information and sent new unit immediately., which was fantastic. The total time involved until we had the new unit was 1 week. Thanks David

Best window air conditioner by a LOT!

This is the best window air conditioner I've ever owned. I purchased the 10,000 BTU model and it does a much better job of cooling the same space that the GE 12,000 BTU model it replaced. Not only that, but it is sooooo quiet. Its quiet in a way that you would not imagine is possible for a window unit.
Finally, it has the easiest installation ever, and it literally comes with everything you need.
