My AC unit became faulty, and after sending in videos and communicating with Windmill staff, they sent me a replacement. They also informed me how to recycle my old and broken unit. The staff and customer service had quick and easy communication. I’m very pleased, and so thankful they replaced my unit since I had only had it for one year.

Does the job of cooling, not as quiet as expected.

Pros: Does the job of cooling pretty quickly and fan only mode is quiet. Easy to install and app works for me. Customer service was wonderful and very prompt/easy to work with.
Cons: Eco mode never shuts off when it reach's set temp on app. It is nosier than I thought to the point I worked with customer service to exchange for a new one thinking it got damaged in shipping. With the new one it's still the same noise (it's a vibrating noise like the pipes are against one another while in AC mode) so I'm assuming that it is what it is and I can't keep exchanging/returning ACs , but for advertising in it as so quiet (I have the whispertech one) I was disappointed.
It is a little heavier and longer than my old AC but they state that on the box.

This AC unit is so quiet... the oscillating fan I had in this room is louder! Love the app and ability to set up routines. In the middle of a Texas July heat wave, my poorly insulated, attic-over-the-garage turned office feels great in the heat of the day. Plus, installation was a snap. The Hubs and I had it installed in 10 minutes. It also looks much nicer than the unit we had in here previously. Highly recommend!!!

It is a good ac but my camper is only 28ft long it doesn't cool like l though it would l probably should have gotten 10000btu

We have three Windmill AC in our home. They pretty much keep the entire house cool, even though those extreme heat days in the US Northeast in July. All without hurting our electric bill. We’re very pleased.

Love it! Quiet, effective, better looking from any player out there. Love that I can control it from afar, getting the house nice and cool before getting home. I chose the small size which is perfect for my studio apartment. Affordable and yet high quality.
