Fits perfectly

Bought the smallest Windmill unit to fit into our small windows, fit like a glove in the minimum size requirements, fills the room with quiet cold. My wife now wants to replace all our AC units with Windmills.

An excellent air conditioner

I've installed multiple window-mounted units and this one eliminates the initial setup steps that usually take 15 minutes. The unit replaced a 3-year old name brand AC which was very noisy. The Windmill whispertech 8000 BTU is remarkably quiet and is a vast improvement over the previous air conditioner. The ability to program its operation is a very useful enhancement.

Love the sleek design and easy install, also it’s much quieter than my other window a/c. That said, it never gets my room temperature below the mid-70s, despite it being the appropriate sized-a/c for a small front room.

Powerful unit

I'm impressed with the power of this unit. It replaced a very no-name department store air conditioner of supposedly similar power, but this new one is a beast. I live in a very small, old, one storey home, so we just use two window units to cool the place. It's noticeably more comfortable and quieter than the old unit. I am actually able to set the thermostat on it to 74 instead of 68.

Love! Worth the price

So easy to install & easy to use! Love the fact that there’s an Eco mode (which I’ve been using most often). Didn’t think I’d enjoy having yet another app on my phone but it’s actually so user friendly and I’m enjoying the fact that I can control the AC from a different room.
Cools down my 600 sq ft. space perfectly and does not sound overwhelmingly loud like other window AC’s!

My new windmill maintains whatever

My new windmill maintains whatever temp I set. The problem is it seems to add humidity to the room—a lot of humidity. The bed feels damp and there seems to be an odor of dirty Sox where there are no socks at all. What am I doing wrong?

So quiet that I keep checking to make sure it's actually on! Easiest install EVER and it covers all the way to the window frame, which is amazing. Why did it take so long for someone to figure out how to perfect a window air conditioner?!
