Very happy with my two 10K units!

I bought one 10K unit to see how it went, loved it, bought a 2nd 10K unit, love it too! They are extremely easy to install, and these 10K units are more compact that typical 10K units and fit great in my smaller windows. The cover on the condenser fins prevents your fingers from getting sliced. They're definitely quieter than my old 10K units and don't interfere with TV or conversation, but they're not silent. Phone app works great! Automation settings work great! Very happy with these units.

It was worth a 2nd try

I ordered the AC through Wayfair, and it was making loud noises which I reported to windmill support. They helped me to figure out solutions, but after following some instructions it still made the same noise. They sent me a replacement and now I'm so happy!! No noise at all, I ran it first through the fan in high speed just in case and I have no issues at all.

A Great Addition To Our Home

I purchased this for a guest bedroom in our summer home. First of all, it was amazingly easy to install. Secondly it it beautiful - my wife, a designer, commented that it looked like it belonged in the room. Finally, our guests have commented both on the efficiency of the unit and the lack of noise. All in all a great addition to our home.

Looks great and works great. Super easy install. Only the WiFi/app is a little glitchy as it keeps automatically setting the temperature to 60F.

First unit defective/broken, but resolved quickly w. new unit

As noted in my review title I installed the first unit but then it was making a really loud noise (way worse than my former regular type AC). I reached out to customer service, who were excellent (I sent them videos and they agreed something wasn't right), and totally on top of everything. I did need to rebox the unit (at 70lbs no easy task) but Windmill sent a shipping label and arranged to have FedEx come to my home to pick it up, which was great, and sent a replacement unit that came very quickly. The replacement unit works very well - it is very quiet as advertised (not silent, that's not possible), but sometimes I do actually forget its on when walking in from another room. So very happy with the replacement unit! One note, unlike other A/Cs, this unit does seem more "precious" or prone to damage, so you need to really handle it carefully to ensure it functions properly, but overall, very happy with the upgrade, and still very happy I went with Windmill!

Easy setup and chic design

Love this product! It was easy to setup and is super stylish. It works like a charm and keeps my old, poorly insulated house cool for my pup while I’m at work. I especially love how I can automate room temps and control remotely. The sleek design is just an added bonus to the functionality. I would definitely recommend this product!
